ABS awarded Sea Horizon Offshore Marine Services a Document of Compliance (DOC) to certify that their safety management system complies with the requirements of the lSM Code.
Danial Kaabi, CEO of Sea Horizon Offshore Marine Services, accepted the certificate from Pantelis Skinitis, ABS Director of Business Development in Qatar.
